Shipping Policy

At Brizink, we understand that timely delivery is extremely important, and we aim to provide the very best service possible. We will process your order to ensure that your goods are dispatched to you as soon as possible.

Please note that product availability may sometimes be limited, and particular products may not be available for immediate delivery, even if the product is not identified as "out of stock" on the website. In this instance, we will contact you (by phone or email) within 24 hours to advise an estimated delivery date with the option for you to wait for the item(s) or receive a full refund.We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Costs

Free delivery on purchases of $50.00 and over (including GST). For purchases below $50.00, a standard delivery fee of $7.50 (including GST) per order is applicable.

Same-Day Dispatch

Place your order before 2.00pm (AEDT) Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) and all in-stock items will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2.00pm (AEDT) will be dispatched the next business day.

Delivery Times

As a general guide, deliveries to major cities will take 1 to 2 business days whilst it may take up to 5 business days for more remote areas.

Priority Express

If you require your products urgently, you can select to have your goods delivered Priority Express through the Check-Out process. Additional cost may be incurred for this service.

Order Tracking

Where courier services provide the facility, on dispatch of your order a tracking number will be provided so that you can track the progress of your order.

Delivery Requirements
  • A physical address for all deliveries is required – we are unable to deliver to a Post Office box.
  • Address details that are incorrect or insufficiently supplied will incur a $7.50 redelivery fee.
  • Goods will be delivered to the shipping address provided on the order. It is our strong recommendation that customers nominate a delivery address where products can be signed for upon receipt as verification of the delivery. We understand however that this may not always be possible, and we offer an 'Authority to Leave' delivery option through the Check-Out process, whereby the courier will leave the goods at the nominated address without a signature. If you choose this option, the goods are left at your own risk and you accept full responsibility if your parcel is lost or stolen from the nominated address
  • Deliveries can occur between 7am and 6pm weekdays with deliveries to a business address being made during normal business hours. There are options during the checkout process to add instructions for delivery however if you have not selected the ‘Authority to Leave’ delivery option, the courier will leave a note to make another appointment for delivery. Customers are responsible for any additional delivery fees which may be incurred due to failed delivery attempts.

Return Policy

Brizink is proud of the exceptionally high-quality products available on our website. We supply non-OEM remanufactured (Compatible) ink and toner which is 100% guaranteed and OEM (Genuine) ink and toner which is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. In the unlikely event you receive an item that is found to be faulty, we will replace, credit or refund the item within 60 days of delivery. We will also happily exchange or offer a refund on unwanted items or goods bought in error within 30 days of purchase based on the conditions set out in this policy.

Brizink cannot be held responsible for any intentional or unintentional damage caused to goods resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, improper storage, or improper installation or repairs. Nor can Brizink be held responsible for damage caused to machinery by improper or heavy-handed insertion of products. Please note that we will not issue any credits on returns where items returned fail to meet the conditions outlined.

For the return of any product(s) purchased from Brizink, you must FIRST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form either by emailing us at weborders@brizink.com.au by completing the online contact form or contacting Customer Service on (07) 3287 3286.

1. All goods must be returned within 30 days of the approved RMA. Any orders returned without an approved RMA number do not qualify for an exchange, refund or credit.

2. Goods incorrectly supplied by Brizink will be collected and a replacement or refund will be provided once goods have been received by our Returns Department.

3. Any goods returned that were not purchased from Brizink.com.au will be automatically be rejected and will incur any collection and return freight costs.

4. Unwanted goods or goods purchased in error:

  • All goods must be returned within 30 days from invoice date with a copy of the approved RMA and valid invoice record confirming purchase from Brizink.
  • Once you have received the RMA number from us, you will be provided with the address details to proceed with the return.The RMA number is only valid for 14 days and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the items are returned within this timeframe.
  • All items returned as unwanted goods or goods purchased in error will incur a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from the value of the total approved return. Please note that the original freight cost is not refundable.
  • All goods must be returned in their original unopened packaging in a resaleable condition without any markings or shipping labels. We are unable to accept unwanted goods or goods purchased in error where the packaging has been opened or damaged.It is recommended these items be encased in external packaging to ensure they are returned in good condition.
  • Freight for these returns is to be paid by the customer and any goods shipped with receiver to pay will be rejected and responsibility for the goods will remain with the courier. Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to return the items to us with a valid tracking ID or proof of delivery to ensure items have been received by us. We take no responsibility for parcels lost in transit and highly recommend using registered post or courier services with tracking facilities to return the goods.

5. Faulty Goods: Brizink will provide a replacement free of charge or refund the purchase price for faulty products returned to us based on the following conditions:

  • Faulty goods must be returned within 6 months for Compatible cartridges and 90 days for OEM (Original) cartridges from the date of purchase. Exceptions are made for some products where we have specific latitude given to us by the manufacturer of the product.
  • For any fault based on a print quality issue, relevant print samples of the fault must be included to assist with inspection and assessment. Please note that Genuine OEM products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for further testing.
  • Cartridges must be over a minimum weight (normally at least 75% full) before we can accept them for return.
  • Goods must be returned with a sample of faulty print, a copy of the approved RMA and a valid invoice record confirming purchase from Brizink.com.au. The RMA number is only valid for 14 days and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the items are returned within this timeframe.
  • A credit will be refused if the goods have been refilled or tampered with in any way.
  • The faulty product must be returned in its original packaging. Please ensure that all opened returning cartridges are properly sealed and securely packaged to avoid leakage during transport.
  • Freight for these returns is to be paid by the customer (unless otherwise agreed) and any goods shipped with receiver to pay will be rejected and responsibility for the goods will remain with the courier. Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to return the items to us with a valid tracking ID or proof of delivery to ensure items have been received by us. We take no responsibility for parcels lost in transit and highly recommend using registered post or courier services with tracking facilities to return the goods.
  • If the cartridges have been deemed to be faulty, we will issue a replacement cartridge or provide a refund and cover the cost of the return fees to the value of $7.50.

Please allow for delivery timing of 3-5 business days for your return to arrive in our Returns Department and up to 7 business days to process your return for (Compatible) cartridges and up to 30 business days for OEM (Original) cartridges from the time the goods reach our Returns Department.
